We are excited to bring you PCN Plus LIVE 2024!
PCN Plus ‘Live’ – NTU, Nottingham
PCN Plus LIVE
A bespoke conference led by PCN leaders, for PCN leaders.
The second annual PCN Plus conference is taking place on Wednesday 17th April 2024.
By then the existing 5 year contract and PCN DES will have come to an end, and we will know what is next for PCNs as details of the 2024/25 contract will have been published. In this conference we will:
- Outline the new plans and what is next for PCNs
- Showcase relevant best practice
- Explore the possibilities and opportunities within the new plans
- Identify potential challenges and pitfalls and how these can be overcome
- Give practical advice for practices and PCNs to prepare for the changes
Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis – sign up today!
PCN Plus Alumni? Join us for our networking day
On Tuesday 16th April we will be hosting an exclusive event only for those who have participated in the PCN Plus programme. This event will provide a unique opportunity for PCN Plus Alumni to:
- Discuss the new changes in person with Tara, Andy, Gandhi and Ben, and gain exclusive insights into the next chapter for PCNs
- Meet the other PCN Plus alumni in person
- Share successes, challenges and progress since the course
- Work through any current issues using the expertise of the wider group
Interested in sponsoring our event?
We’d love to hear from you!
Unlike typical events where sponsors are restricted to an area and have to entice people to stop at their stand, we believe private organisations are key to being able to provide products and services to primary care networks, to enhance their day-to-day management.
This is why we are inviting ten private providers to purchase a delegate ticket at £497.00 (plus VAT) to:
Actively take part in the main conference (and our roundtable discussions)
Be featured on our conference website page
Be individually introduced by the PCN Plus facilitators
We would love for you to join us and take your front-row seat at the event, and to be a part of the discussion to help us plan for 2024/25 and beyond!
