Clare Sieber returns to the podcast along with Oscar Mathew to discuss ‘The Well-Led Practice’, a leadership & team self-development platform for practices and PCNs. Clare is a GP based in West Sussex, she also mediates partnership and PCN disputes. Oscar used to be a GMC barrister and now mediates with front line healthcare teams.
