Today, Ben is joined by Rasha Gadelrab, a GP & Medical Educator & Healthcare Engagement Specialist. Rasha kicks off the podcast by sharing her professional journey and how she arrived at her current position. Rasha possesses extensive experience, ranging from working as a biotechnology recruitment consultant to becoming a GP educator, healthcare corporate trainer, workforce well-being and sustainability coach, junior doctor mentor, patient advocate & PCN Social prescribing clinical lead PCN2 Barnet. During their conversation, Ben and Rasha delve into the subject of Barnet PCN, social prescribing link workers, care coordinators, and the innovative concept of health & well-being coaches. Rasha emphasises the crucial elements for maintaining staff and highlights the approaches that have helped bridge the gap between practices and the additional roles. Rasha also takes the opportunity to share her accomplishments and the positive feedback she has received thus far. She expresses her determination to continue the journey of progress and growth, with the hope of further success in the future.
