I found the podcast very interesting.
I learnt a lot about what forest bathing is and how beneficial it is. It was encouraging to hear how well it was received by the medical practice team, who will hopefully be able to advocate for its effectiveness with colleagues and patients alike. In my view this pioneering work marries perfectly with other complementary health practices and would be wonderful to see it available as part of social prescribing nationwide. I wish Tim and the team in Frome all the best with developing the programme.
