Draft national guidance has been produced by NHS England to help Primary Care Networks introduce the role of Social Prescribing Link Worker. In this episode Social Prescribing enthusiast and GP, Dr Marie-Anne Essam, explains the value of the new guidance and takes Ben through a number of the elements it contains.
