Dr Mark Newbold is an experienced NHS doctor, manager and academic who, until recently, was Managing Director of the Birmingham super-practice, Our Health Partnership.     What about rural areas where the practice for a remote Town that has 10,000 residents? Public transport is poor and no surgeries can be closed in this area
