In this episode Ben is joined by GPs Caroline Baker & Lavan Baskaran, both looking to find ways to improve their GPs lifestyle through triage. Rapid Health uses intelligent software to assess patient needs at first contact, to then navigate them to the right care – all based on the individual practices rules and availability. Ben discusses Rapid Health with both Caroline & Lavan, who are at different stages of introducing Rapid Health into their practices. They share their personal experience with Rapid Health, how patients and staff have reacted to it since it’s been introduced and how it’s working in their practices so far.
